Must i apply the sales taxes on digital-product downloads (ebook,mp3) sold on internet?
Depends.
If the company and the customer both live (or have a business presence in) the same state and it has a sales tax requirement, then YES.
Some states require the customer to claim out-of-state purchases and pay sales tax on them, but the business doesn’t need to collect the tax.
Some states don’t have a sales tax.
