I tried to find this ebook on internet many times but I couldn’t.

The reason you can’t find it is because it is a recent book, so it is under copyright protection. Unless Ms. Jeffers puts it online somewhere for free, or your local library has an e-book version available for download, you are probably out of luck.
If your local library does not have a paper copy, see if you can get it from another library through inter-library loan.
