Citing "Shmoop" biography?

This biography has been published by a group called "Shmoop" but does not indicate particular author or editor. How I can cite this source? I'm not sure if the title tag, or use "Shmoop" as the editor? If you feel to compose a complete MLA citation style for me, the editor is Shmoop University, was published in December 2009, the full title on the first page is "Edgar Allan Poe: Shmoop Biography, "page number is 4, is a digital edition and the format is a Book.
